I'm not happy with the Philips ep2220/10 automatic coffee machine I bought from Amazon.com, which was also the seller. When I was setting up the machine, I found wet coffee residue in the coffee powder compartment, and the filter showed that the machine had been used before. I told the delivery person about the problem, but the machine came without any protection and was taped in a random way. I want a refund for the used and broken product, and I want a brand-new, unopened product instead. If my request is not met, I will have to go to the Consumer Arbitration Board with a complaint. It is not acceptable to get a used product after buying a new one, and I am very unhappy with this situation.
