Amazon Quality Disappointment, Hidden Return Fees, No Return Code

I have set an order through Amazon Turkey. The goods have arrived, but the product quality was below my expectation. I decided to return the goods relying on the return policy that the goods can be returned within 30 days for free. Neverthless, no carrier in Turkey has taken the return because Amazon gave me no return tracking number. I have contacted the customer care center. They said that I have to pay for the return cargo!! I should send the bill and they will provide me a voucher for future sales!! I had to pay 20 Euro for returning a small box pack to Amazon. There was not a single word in the sales conditions that returns are handled in such a way!
