Amazon Ignored My Authenticity Concerns And Rejected Return

I purchased an Apple Watch Milanese Loop 49 mm band on 15 May 2026 through Amazon Warehouse on Amazon.com.tr, under the order number 407-8047181-9735517. The product listing indicated that it was sold as part of Amazon’s Warehouse Deals program and not by a third‑party marketplace seller. The item was delivered to me on 18 May 2026. After receiving the band, I noticed several details that raised serious concerns about its authenticity. The band itself does not have any Apple markings, product identifiers, size markings, serial information, or manufacturing codes. Based on my previous experience with Apple products and accessories, this absence of markings is highly unusual. In addition, the packaging did not match what I would expect from an original Apple accessory, and the serial number label on the box had been damaged or partially removed. Taken together, these issues seriously undermined my confidence that the item is a genuine Apple product. For this reason, my return request was based on authenticity concerns, not simple dissatisfaction with the product. During the past week I contacted Amazon Turkey multiple times via email, written support requests, and phone calls to explain these concerns and requested a return based on suspected lack of authenticity. Today, I was informed that my return request was rejected. However, Amazon Turkey did not share any inspection report, photographs, or concrete evidence to justify this decision, nor did it address my specific concerns about the missing markings and the damaged serial number label. As a result, I feel that the process has not been transparent or evidence‑based. My expectation from Amazon Turkey is a fair and transparent review of this case. I request a written explanation of the reasons for rejecting my return, together with any inspection reports, photographs, or other evidence on which this decision was based. I also ask that my authenticity concerns be properly investigated. If Amazon Turkey cannot support the rejection with clear, factual evidence that the band is an original Apple product, I expect my return to be accepted and a full refund to be issued. I am not asking for special treatment; I am simply requesting that this matter be resolved on the basis of facts, transparency, and evidence.
