I recently made an order on the website with order number 20070934342 on 08.01.2023 for a coat. However, for some reason, the delivery has been constantly postponed and has caused a great deal of inconvenience. The coat was finally delivered on 16.01.2023 to the Kargoist Zeytinburnu branch, but even today, on 18.01.2023 at 19:00 in the evening, it is still in the cargo. How can an order be this late?? and would like to request that it be delivered as soon as possible. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays, but don't they feel a responsibility to inform and keep updated on the status of their order? I am disappointed with the level of service I have received so far and hope that the issue can be resolved quickly. The constant delay in delivery has caused me a great deal of inconvenience, and I request that the company take steps to ensure that this does not happen in the future.
