Amazon Declined My Request for Price Difference Promise Offered on Prime Days
Prime Days took place between 11 July and 17 July at Amazon Tr in Turkey. I was told that if the products purchased from prime products on these Amazon Tr prime day days go on sale until 17 July, the difference will be defined as a gift voucher. However, Amazon Tr did not define the gift card that it should have defined until 31 July.Sony Playstation 5 console, which I bought 20,699 on 13 July with Turkish lira, fell to 19,199 TL on 16 July. But the gift voucher difference was not reflected in my account.The quality of the representation of a big global company like Amazon in Turkey is decreasing day by day.Amazon Tr persistently refuses to pay the price difference as a gift certificate.As Amazon authorities, please remove my grievance
