Promised Amazon Gift Card Not Delivered

I'm writing to tell you how annoyed I am because Amazon.com.tr still hasn't delivered the Miles & Smiles gift card they said they would. I turned my Miles & Smiles credit card miles into a ₺1000 gift card from Amazon.com.tr on December 20, 2023. It's been eight days already, but I still haven't gotten any email confirming my gift card. It's actually pretty cool that when I exchanged my miles at a Shell gas station, I got my money back in just two days. But, Amazon.com.tr and Miles & Smiles haven't given me the money and service that I should have received. When I told Miles & Smiles about the problem, they said that Amazon.com.tr is the one who should take care of it. Someone needs to fix this situation soon or else I'll have to take legal action and get the Consumer Rights Court involved.
