Amazon Company Does Not Protect The Customer, Protects The Seller

It's so not cool that the seller canceled my purchase on their platform just 15 minutes after I bought it and there's no accountability for it. Called away Amazon's customer service. They told me it was actually the seller who canceled it but, they still charged my credit card for the product, so now my balance is lower.  they said sorry for the trouble, but didn't really do anything about the shady seller. I felt pretty helpless, to be honest. Amazon totally messed up by breaking our trust, they let the seller cancel my purchase with no consequences and didn't even have my back as a customer. Even though they said they'll give a refund in 5 to 7 days, it doesn't really make me feel better if they don't actually do something about the bad seller. Amazon really let me down. I trusted them to be a solid marketplace, but they totally betrayed me.
