A week later, Amazon still hasn't sent out a replacement for the incorrect item

The spin mop in the Amazon Turkey package with the number 406-9864407-7562767 was sent to me as a different brand product. I signed up and requested a change. After one week, a new product was delivered. But, once again, they sent the incorrect product, this time broken. When I asked for a change for the second time, they said they didn't have that product at all and that the image had been uploaded incorrectly. They promised a refund, but the price of the product has risen by nearly 100% since I purchased it. I stated that I was willing to accept a different brand as long as the product was intact. I would again wait for the change process. There is already a 10-day grievance, and when I told the representative that I didn't want to wait, she said okay, and I sent a new product. Now, I shared the information that I had sent the damaged product to the cargo, and they responded, "OK, we will wait for it to reach us, then we will send a new one," as if mocking it. I'm speechless. The error occurs once; if it occurs again and again, the company must accept responsibility. I'm really sorry I bought it from Amazon. Representatives are never interested in finding a solution. They are ineffective. They react as if they are joking. Nobody knows what they're on about. Look at the previous interview records, I say, and look at the complaints that have been filed, but they say they can't. Who is going to solve my problem?
