A Simple Case of Address Update Is Not Met By Amazon

The address of the product I ordered through Amazon was wrong. I wanted to change the address before the product was shipped. I contacted Amazon customer service for this, they said they cannot intervene now. When I call the shipping company, they say that only Amazon can change the address by contacting Amazon. I have contacted Amazon more than once for this, but you are not helping in any way. I was living in the earthquake zone, I had to change the city, so there was confusion in the address. All you had to do was call the shipping company. Thank you.
