Alo Yoga Order Not Delivered After Six Weeks

On June 5, 2026, I purchased a pair of “Alo Yoga High-Waist Pursuit Trouser” pants from the Alo Yoga website for approximately $78. Although the order was placed successfully, approximately one and a half months have now passed, and the product has still not been delivered. I was also never provided with a shipping or tracking number.

After placing the order, I was no longer able to log back into the website. As a result, I cannot view the status of my order and have not received any information regarding the product. In addition, within two weeks after placing the order, I received several SMS notifications from Akbank stating that attempts had been made to conduct transactions on my credit card through four different websites. Although the amounts appeared as 0 TL in my card activity, I was concerned about the security of my card information and had to immediately have my credit card canceled for security reasons.

I have been seriously inconvenienced both because the product I paid for was never delivered and because I have experienced significant concerns about the security of my card information during this process. I request that Alo Yoga immediately and fully refund the approximately $78 I paid for this order.
