I Haven’t Received My Alo Yoga Order After a Month

I placed an order through the Alo Yoga Turkey website, where it was clearly stated that deliveries would be completed within 20 days. However, it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my order. The lack of clear delivery tracking or communication has left me in complete uncertainty. No detailed shipment information is provided, and I can't even get in touch with anyone to ask for updates or request changes to the delivery address.

I tried to update my shipping address after noticing the delay, but I couldn't reach any customer service. There’s no proper contact info or representative to assist with problems, which is unacceptable for a global brand like Alo Yoga. If deliveries outside the U.S. or in Turkey are unreliable, the company should make this clear and not continue to accept orders they can’t fulfill.

I’m stuck in limbo—not knowing if or when my package will arrive—and feel completely ignored. I demand that Alo Yoga contact me immediately, provide a proper update, and resolve the issue. If international logistics are this weak, stop putting your customers through this frustration. We deserve transparency and dependable service.
