I am extremely disappointed by the unresolved status of our damage claim, numbered 2023 YB 2357/1, at my business in Gaziantep. Despite the losses we suffered due to the earthquake and the hardships we faced, it is incomprehensible that your company has shown such insensitivity and failed to conclude our case even after a period of over four months. I have been a loyal customer of your company, utilizing various products and services, such as insurances for my vehicles, home, my school registered under ..... Education Services Ltd., and health policies for myself and my family, not to mention individual retirement plans. Until now, I have witnessed the seamless delivery of all your services. However, this time, you have failed to meet my expectations, causing significant delays and complications. The damages remain uncompensated, and even if compensated now, the depreciation of money and the increased prices of the affected products cannot be rectified. Despite these circumstances, I fail to understand why you have not concluded my case. I demand the prompt resolution of my claim and immediate compensation for my losses.
