Allianz Home Insurance Ignored My Flood Damage Claim And Losses

About a month ago, my home was damaged due to flooding, which should be covered under my home insurance policy with Allianz. After filing my damage claim, I contacted customer service multiple times, but I was constantly delayed with no solution offered. During this process, I suffered a financial loss of approximately ₺15,000, and my situation remains unresolved. I expect Allianz to promptly repair the damage caused by the flood and complete the necessary renovations. I request that my grievance be resolved as quickly as possible.
