Allianz Insurance Lawyer Threatened Me and Used My Family Data Illegally
On 22.08.2025 at 13:38, I was called by a lawyer named G*** on behalf of Allianz Insurance. During the call, she used an unprofessional, condescending, accusatory, and threatening tone. Instead of providing clear and solution-oriented communication, she attempted to intimidate me, behaving not like a legal professional but more like someone trying to collect a debt through mafia-style methods. The most scandalous part, however, was that she explicitly mentioned property deed information registered in my mother’s name. It is impossible for such information to be obtained through legal means. The use of my personal data in this way can only be explained by illegal methods or by access through dark data panels. This situation has not only alarmed me but also caused serious concern for my family’s safety. I am not someone who denies my debt. I am ready to pay when reasonable and understandable terms are provided. However, due to this lawyer’s attitude, threatening methods, and the unlawful sharing of private information, I absolutely refuse to deal with her. I strongly condemn Allianz Insurance for allowing such dangerous, disrespectful, and unlawful practices in its customer relations. I demand that Allianz Insurance urgently investigate this matter and initiate the necessary disciplinary and legal actions against the lawyer in question. Otherwise, I will pursue this issue both through legal channels and by continuing to raise it in public complaint platforms.
