Allianz Insurance Customer Service Fiasco
After getting an agreement with Yapi Kredi Bank's salary account to pay 312 lira for an Allianz Personal Protection Policy, I called Allianz Insurance to use the policy. Even though I was on the phone for an hour, they couldn't put me in touch with the right department. Their customer service reps sent me to 10 different departments, each of which said it wasn't their job and sent me to another one. When I called the bank to cancel the policy and get my money back, they sent me back to Allianz Insurance. It's like being stuck in a loop that never ends with no way out. I wish I had spent my time in line at a government hospital instead of doing this. At least there I would have gotten something out of it. I thought Allianz Insurance was a good company, but it turned out they were just out to get my money.
