Allianz Has Horrible Customer Service

For the past 20 years, I have purchased home insurance through Yapi Kredi Bank. I signed up for Allianz home insurance using the Yapi Kredi app. I misplaced my keys today and found myself locked out. I've called Allianz customer service several times, beginning at 10 a.m., and it's now 1:30 p.m., but I'm still unable to reach them. They keep saying, "Okay, sir, we're transferring the call," and they keep making excuses to keep me on hold. When we request to be transferred to the home department, we are directed elsewhere. If you require roadside assistance, they would most likely transfer you to the Department of Space Sciences. In short, Allianz insurance is a waste of money; they don't care. Even if you are in an accident, you will most likely hear from roadside assistance 48 hours later. I'm thinking about canceling all of these policies; I won't renew with Allianz if I can't reach them.
