Allianz Made Me Handle My Own Home Damage Repair
When we insured our home with Allianz Sigorta, we thought it would help us easily overcome difficult situations and problems, but unfortunately, we experienced the exact opposite due to their extremely poor home damage management. Since 9 a.m., I’ve had to make 4–5 phone calls and repeatedly explain the same issue. I want to share the ridiculous response I received so that others won’t make the same mistake of choosing Allianz Sigorta: “You find a plumber, have them come and inspect, get a quote, we’ll review it, and if we approve, the plumber can come back and do the work.” That’s exactly what they told me. So now I’m supposed to deal with finding a plumber (which I already did) and convince them to come just to give a quote? (And they’re right—who’s going to cover the cost of their time and effort?) I’ve already lost three hours of my morning dealing with this absurd process and your disgraceful management. The situation you've put me in and the effort you're forcing me to make is laughable. I’ve never seen such poor management.
