Allianz Insurance Canceled The Complimentary Health Insurance
I signed my wife up for a complimentary health insurance plan with Allianz Insurance in September 2022. I'm writing to ask that the insurance policy with the number 0001071006068675 be looked at to make sure that no examination rights have been used since it started. In other words, I want to make sure that none of the rights have been taken away. My wife plans to use her insurance coverage before the end of the year, which is when the coverage time ends. The insurance plan was broken up into eight payments, and I used my card to pay for all of them. But there was a problem with the last payment because Allianz Insurance couldn't take the money from my card. Due to this missed payment, Allianz Insurance had to cancel all of the policy's usage rights, including the insurance coverage and any unused test rights. All of the payments we had already made were also lost because of this cancellation. Even though I've never used any of the insurance benefits, it's important to know that I still have all the rights that come with the policy. But because the final payment wasn't made, Allianz Insurance canceled all the rights, both those that were used and those that weren't, as well as the insurance itself. This seems unfair to me, especially since I had already paid seven installments. I strongly think that this is taking advantage of the situation, and I kindly ask that this be fixed. In particular, I want a full return of all the payments I've already made. Also, I'd like to make it clear that I don't want to keep any kind of insurance or security with Allianz Insurance. The main thing I want is to get all the payments back. Since I'm the policyholder, I've been told to send this petition to report about the situation. It's important to say that we want our money back because we didn't use any of the policy rights we paid for, even though they were still available until the end of the coverage time. I'm glad you're looking into this, and I'd like to ask that you do so quickly. Thank you for your understanding. I'm looking forward to a good answer and getting my money back.
