I Report Allianz Gave Me Vague Answers About My Policy Coverage
I asked questions via e-mail and petition 3 weeks ago to clearly find out the coverage of the diseases for which I paid a surprise under Allianz Complementary Health Insurance. The statements in the answers from the company are very vague and open to interpretation: I receive answers such as "The procedures you will have done within the scope of the disease that you have paid an additional premium are under evaluation within the scope of your diagnosis and complaints". This statement does not offer a definite assurance in return for the excess premium I pay, I am worried about having problems while receiving services in the future. The lack of a clear response to my question is also shocking in terms of insurance ethics. These uncertain answers have been going on for 3 weeks; I requested a clear policy coverage or written explanation, and the answers are repeated and no full answer is given. They didn't even care at all. These insurance companies need to be inspected.
