Alipay Facial Verification Fails and Requires Chinese Bank Card
My Alipay account cannot pass the facial verification step, and it shows a verification failure and forces me to bind a Chinese bank card in order to continue. I am using a passport as my identification document, but the system still does not allow me to complete the real-name process. Previously, I contacted the human customer service of Alipay. I was advised to register a new Alipay account to resolve the problem. I followed this suggestion and created a new account, but the same issue still exists: facial verification failing and I again forced to bind a Chinese bank card. When I contacted customer service again, I was told that the problem could not be solved. Because of this situation, I am unable to complete real-name verification and therefore cannot normally use Alipay’s services that require a verified account. I request that Alipay provide a solution that allows me to complete real-n e verification with my passport, without being forced to bind a Chinese bank card, or offer an effective alternative manual review or verification method so that I can use my account properly. I kindly ask you to review my case in detail and help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
