AliExpress Payment Issue - Unable to Complete Order Due to Error

I have been struggling with the AliExpress app for a week now. I am trying to order a product from China, but every time I add the item to my cart and proceed to the payment stage, an error message appears, indicating that there is an issue with the transaction. Unfortunately, the payment does not go through, and I feel completely stuck in this situation.
I have tried multiple times to resolve this on my own by checking my payment methods and ensuring that my account is in good standing, but nothing seems to work. I have also attempted to use different payment options, yet I continue to encounter the same problem. This has been incredibly frustrating, as I am eager to purchase the items I need.
