AliExpress Sent My Package Incorrectly

I recently purchased a notebook from AliExpress, but when it arrived, I discovered that it was the wrong size. So far, nothing serious to report. I tried contacting the vendor, but they said it wasn't their product. I tried several times to contact you, but you haven't responded to any of them. Now that that's out of the way, I've contacted AliExpress about the situation, but I'm not holding out much hope for a response. This was my first time shopping with them, and it's safe to say it will be my last. My only request was that the notebook be delivered in the format I had already paid for.
