Aliexpress Sent Wrong-Size Jacket and Refuses to Accept Return or Refund

I ordered a summer windbreaker jacket from Aliexpress in size XXL, but what arrived was far too small despite being labeled as XXL. It fit more like an L, making it completely unusable for me. I reached out to the seller multiple times, explaining the issue and requesting a return or exchange, but they refused to assist. Despite repeated messages, I was told that a return was not possible. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, as I paid for an item that does not match its description. I expect Aliexpress to take responsibility, either by facilitating the return or providing a refund for this incorrect item. Immediate action is needed to resolve this problem.
