AliExpress Refuses to Accept Return for Faulty Product Within 15-Day Period


I purchased a product from AliExpress, and right from the first day, it didn’t work as expected. I tried to return it on the second day, but no one from AliExpress has been helpful in resolving the issue. As a consumer, I have the right to return a product within 15 days, but AliExpress is not honoring this. They claim to be a professional company, but their actions prove otherwise. It’s extremely frustrating that they are ignoring basic consumer protection rights. I demand that AliExpress accepts my return and issues a refund immediately. They need to respect consumer rights and provide proper customer service.
