AliExpress Refused to Refund for Tens Pad That Doesn't Fit My Compex Fit3

On September 12, 2024, I purchased an electrode pad (TENS pad) for use in physical therapy from the Jbmbhc Dropshipping Store via AliExpress, paying a total of ₺1,493.21, including tax and shipping. However, the product I received was not compatible with my Compex Fit3 device, so I requested a refund. The seller refused to accept the return. AliExpress initiated a return process and presented me with two options: Option 1, ₺5.23 without returning the product, or Option 2, ₺1,045.40 with the return. Since I had paid ₺1,493.21, I rejected both offers and requested a full refund. While waiting for a response, AliExpress informed me that the evidence I provided was insufficient and ended the process by refunding just ₺5.23. I objected to this and resubmitted my full refund request, including a free return notification I had received via the AliExpress app. In response, AliExpress officials deemed my evidence inadequate and asked me to test at least 30 of the 100 products I purchased individually. When I contacted consumer rights, they informed me that I could not pursue a claim as AliExpress has no official representative in Turkey. Instead of resolving the issue, AliExpress appears to be siding with the seller, dragging out the process in hopes that I will give up. I demand either an electrode pad compatible with my Compex Fit3 device or a refund of the ₺1,493.21 I paid. I will escalate the issue by filing a complaint with the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office in my province and follow up on the process.
