Aliexpress Orders Closed, Money Taken, No Communication

I recently ordered two things on AliExpress, but it seems like both orders are currently closed. I'm really confused... no one has told me anything about it or explained... The money needed to pay for the items has already been taken out of my bank account.. I would really appreciate it if I could either get my money back for the things I bought or if you could quickly process and send them to me. Thank you for thinking about it.
