Aliexpress One Defective, One Wrong Product Delivery. Sellers Not Helpful
It was my first time shopping on AliExpress.com. The products arrived very quickly and were well-packaged. However, the first one was defective, and the second one was the wrong product.
The first product delivered was defective. An explanation was provided to the seller through videos. The seller admitted their mistake and offered a refund. However, if the defective product is returned, the $50 tax charge is not refunded. The seller will receive the product, and the buyer will pay the $50 fee. The buyer is not at fault. A replacement is requested. The seller does not respond.

Product advertisements on the AliExpress.com homepage and the product's own description page are designed to be misleading. Instead of the product promoted on the product webpage, a default selected, irrelevant product is sent. The Color field contains the short name of a different and unrelated product. A statement was made saying that you have chosen this product. Anything can be sold using this method. They may even send you ice cream while you think you're buying a house.
