Aliexpress Not Paying My Refund Money, System Issues Stated as Excuses
I made a purchase of 2000 TL on AliExpress on November 30. Although the refund request was registered on December 1, indicating that the refund would be processed within 3-8 days, it has yet to be completed. I conducted the transaction using Papara, and when I contacted Papara to inquire about the issue, they redirected me to an operator while stating that they are still investigating. It can't be that hard, all in the system, all they'll do check the systems and refund my money if that's what they wish.
