My Aliexpress Order Stuck in Customs – Refund Still Pending After a Month
I purchased a product from Aliexpress over a month ago, but it couldn’t clear customs. I requested a refund, but they’ve only promised to return the product price, not the customs tax. Even this partial refund hasn’t been processed, and the status has remained “under review” for an entire month.
How can a review take this long? It feels like they’re just stalling. I expect Aliexpress to process my refund, including all charges, without any further delay. This lack of transparency and efficiency is unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution and proper communication regarding the status of my refund.
