Alibaba Order Stuck in Customs — How to Get a Refund for Undelivered Products
I purchased an automotive electronic part through Alibaba.com under order number 278697335001022371. My order has been stuck in customs in Istanbul for the past 10 days, and although my delivery address is in İzmir/Çiğli, the product has not been delivered to me yet.
During this process, I contacted Alibaba customer service, but I haven’t received any response. I’ve never experienced a similar issue before. The product was not under warranty, and I did not purchase any additional service package. I paid a total of $158 for the item.
Since my product has not been delivered, I am requesting a full refund of the $158 I paid.
