I ordered a pair of shoes from the Luxury brand shoes seller on Alibaba.com and paid a total of $260, including an extra fee to avoid customs issues. However, my order got stuck in customs, and I was asked to pay an additional $90 there. Facing a lengthy process, I opted to return the order. Now, I’m left with no shoes and no refund, and no one is responsive. The seller ignores my messages, Alibaba support is unreachable, and their "negotiator" only blames me for the issue. They refuse to issue a refund, leaving me feeling scammed. Who knows how many others are going through this. Alibaba, please help recover my $260—it’s not a small amount.
