I own an Alfa Romeo Tonale SUV, and my windshield cracked due to a stone impact. I brought the car to the Gebze Efsane authorized service center on May 23, 2024, and submitted all the necessary documents requested by their damage department. Despite this, I have been driving with a broken windshield for four months, and the service center has shown no effort to resolve the issue, wasting my time in the process.
I escalated the matter to Alfa Romeo’s customer support, and although they assured me they were handling it, nothing has been resolved. After my second follow-up with customer relations, the service center informed me via message that they don’t have an agreement with my insurance company, Axa, and told me to repair it elsewhere—four months later!
The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism from this service center is unacceptable. Reaching them by phone is nearly impossible. I believe the service center’s authorized status should be revoked. I demand immediate action from Alfa Romeo to address this issue and ensure better service for their customers.
