I own a 2013 Alfa Romeo 1.6 Diesel JTD, and I’ve experienced multiple issues that have significantly diminished the car's quality. The most concerning problem is the cracked front airbag console, which worsened due to summer heat. It not only looks unsightly, resembling a car involved in an accident, but also feels unsafe, as though the airbag could deploy at any moment.
Additionally, the interior door handles have become loose, the climate control system has stopped working, and the Bluetooth calling feature is completely non-functional. These problems combined make me question the reliability of a premium brand like Alfa Romeo.
I expect these issues, especially the airbag and climate control, to be resolved immediately. Driving this car feels more like using a budget vehicle than a reputed one.
