Hello, I own an Alfa Romeo Giulietta, and my vehicle has persistent issues: a torn airbag and a malfunctioning climate flap, both of which are known to be chronic problems. I am requesting Alfa Romeo to address these issues and share the costs fairly, as this is clearly a manufacturing defect. Every morning, I drive with my 3-year-old daughter in freezing conditions due to the faulty climate system. If this were my fault, I wouldn’t complain, but these are well-documented defects. I expect Alfa Romeo to take responsibility and resolve this matter promptly.
If I receive no assistance or an unsatisfactory response, I will escalate the issue to Alfa Romeo’s headquarters in Italy through a formal letter and email, and pursue legal action locally. Please address this issue with urgency.
