Everything seemed good when I returned the car that I hired from Alamo Rent A Car overseas. Alamo insisted €980 as a repair cost after the drop-off; I was told the rims were scuffed. When I first hired the car, I had not even considered closely the state of the rims. Alamo's insurance excluded this, hence I'm left feeling shocked and unfairly charged. This experience has been somewhat annoying, and it is obvious that, particularly when renting overseas, selecting a trustworthy rental provider is crucial. This unanticipated cost has really turned my experience upside down; I will not be renting with Alamo going forward.
