Alamo Rent A Car Skopje Charged Me Unfairly for Minor Scratch

I rented a car from Alamo Rent A Car Skopje last week, and I was completely misled. While parking, a minor scratch occurred on the vehicle. Without warning, Alamo charged me 6100 Macedonian denars (€100) from my account. When I rented the car, I was told that insurance covered damages up to €500, so I should not have been charged. When I contacted them after the charge, they changed their story, saying that insurance only covers damages above €590—something they never informed me about beforehand. On top of that, they refused to send me a copy of my rental agreement. This is deceptive and unacceptable. I demand a refund and a proper explanation from Alamo immediately!
