I Am Charged Hidden Fees While Using Akbank Cepte POS on My Own Phone

I am using the Akbank Cepte POS service and accepting contactless payments through my personal mobile phone. Despite the phone being my own device, a POS maintenance fee is deducted every month. I don’t understand what kind of maintenance is being done on my own phone. I called to cancel the service, especially because this fee is deducted even in months when I make no transactions. They offered me a 100₺ CIP reward and said that for three months only 50% of the POS maintenance fee would be charged, so I decided not to cancel under those conditions. On April 21, I made a 100₺ transaction, but the amount was not credited to my account. When I checked the details, I saw the note “Merchant zero-amount transaction,” meaning that about 97₺ was deducted. I had already paid the POS maintenance fee for this month. Why is a 100₺ transaction reflected as 0₺ in my account? When I call for support, it takes at least half an hour to reach a customer representative. Why are you not providing transparent banking services? The issue here is not just about 100₺ — I have read complaints about much higher amounts on this platform. Why are you obstructing small business owners instead of supporting them? The government states that no extra fee should be charged when receiving payments by card, yet you charge both a commission and a POS maintenance fee, and you deduct money from our accounts without notice. Can someone explain this situation? What does it mean to take or withhold what belongs to me without informing me?

I spoke with the customer representative, and I was told that the POS fee paid on April 7th was for March, and the fee charged on the 22nd was part of the POS maintenance fee. They also said that the 50% discount would be valid for 3 months starting from May. I said I did not agree, and they said they would inform the branch, but it is still active. You give them an inch, they take a mile—one needs to be careful with this bank. I have an overdraft account and a credit card here, and just because of this, I want to cancel all my products. Because there is no communication, no solution—it's just a burden.
