My Account Was Charged Without Notice After Chip Para Campaign by Akbank
Through the Akbank Chip Para campaign, 5000 Chip Para was credited to my account. However, last month, ₺2353.33 was withdrawn from my bank account as a debt. The bank showed this transaction as a payment made to the card numbered 516840**8895708 by using the Chip Para, effectively taking ₺2353.33 directly from my balance. No email or any form of notification was sent to inform me about this. I am trying to understand whether this issue is due to a bank error or a personal mistake on my part, but I have not received any information at all. As of today, I have also contacted your customer representative and created a record regarding this matter. I am posting this complaint so that others do not experience the same problem I have faced. If you provide a clear explanation in your response, it will help others to be informed as well. Otherwise, promoting campaigns under the name of attracting new customers and later withdrawing money from accounts without any notification, as if collecting a credit card debt, is highly unethical.
