Akbank POS Device Cancellation Issue

I canceled the POS device I received from Akbank, but despite it being over a month since the cancellation, I was still charged for the device. I have been trying to reach customer service and have been waiting for about an hour on the line. It seems I will have to wait even longer. They have taken my money unfairly, and I will be reporting my complaints everywhere. I advise everyone to avoid this bank.
