On 09.03.2025, a payment of ₺1200 made through our Akbank POS terminal did not reach our company account the next day. It turns out the POS device was faulty. The customer provided a receipt confirming the transaction. Every time I call 444 28 28, I am told, "The central end-of-day process has been completed, sir, and ₺1200 will be in your account by morning," yet the issue has persisted for three days. I just called again, and after being kept on hold for 15 minutes, the call was dropped. I had to explain the issue all over again to another representative, who then said it would take 48 hours. The problem is still unresolved, and now our customer is threatening to file a complaint with Consumer Rights. Our reputation is at risk over ₺1200. We are extremely dissatisfied with Akbank, especially with the representatives handling the 444 28 28 line. I even told them, "I know you are not listening," and when I asked, "You are not listening to me, right?" the representative shamelessly responded, "It won't change anything." Thankfully, I don't bank with Akbank personally.
