Akbank Charged Me Late Payment Interest Due to Their System Error and Refused Refund

Akbank unfairly applies late payment interest. My statement from last month was shown as incomplete by the application. I paid the full amount of my statement shown, but in this month's statement, I saw that there was a debt of 5 thousand from last month and the related delay interest was applied. Since the delay was caused by Akbank's system, not me, I requested a complaint to delete this delay interest, but they did not accept it. They continued to victimize me. I demand that the situation be resolved by the authorities as soon as possible. By the way, customer service representatives act very indifferently, I have a separate complaint against them as well.
