Akbank Charged My Credit Card for a Canceled Purchase - Ignores My Objection

I had been using an Akbank credit card ending in 2398 for over 20 years. After an online purchase where the seller failed to deliver the product, I submitted a written request for the payment to be blocked. Despite this, Akbank processed all three installment payments, ignoring my objection. When I contacted customer service, they provided vague answers and failed to take any concrete action. After persistent efforts, the seller eventually canceled the transaction and refunded the amount to Akbank. However, the bank continues to pursue me, refusing to acknowledge the refund. I have canceled my Akbank credit card and stated that I will no longer do business with them due to this misconduct. I demand that this bank stop harassing me.
Progress
I am an Akbank credit card customer. Despite submitting a written notice to Akbank not to make a payment to the N11 Company, which did not fulfill the terms of the order related to an online purchase with the last four digits 2398, the payment was made due to the bank's negligence, and a debt statement was sent to me. As a result of this negligence, I canceled the credit card I used from Akbank. Even though the N11 company, which received the payment unjustly, found my complaint justified and refunded the relevant amount to Akbank, the bank still continues to issue me debt notifications. I am complaining about Akbank.
