Missed My AJet Flight Despite Checking In, No Refund Given
On September 7 at 9:15 AM, I had a flight from Sabiha Gökçen to Brussels. I checked in around 3 AM, and the board showed a 45-minute delay. I arrived at the gate before the updated departure time, but they told me the gate was closed, and no passengers were being boarded. Normally, passengers who have checked in and haven’t boarded are announced, but no such announcement was made. To make matters worse, they removed my luggage from the plane immediately. If I wasn’t allowed to board, how did my luggage get taken off so quickly? I was escorted out of the airport without any refund. This was my first experience with AnadoluJet, and it has been a complete disappointment. I won’t be flying with them again.
