Ajet Did Not Inform Me About My Flight Departing Early

On February 3, 2024, at 23:40, I missed my Antalya-Sabiha Gökçen Airport flight because it departed early. I was not informed about this change through any communication channels such as SMS or email. When I spoke to a flight attendant at the gate, they told me the flight had already taken off. When I asked, "How can a flight depart before its scheduled time?" they simply repeated that the gate was closed and dismissed my concerns. I arrived at the airport 20 minutes before the flight and had already completed check-in 2 to 2.5 hours earlier, yet I was not informed of any change, even after speaking with customer service. Despite repeatedly calling customer service, I received no clear response. At 24 years old, I was threatened by an Ajet representative at the Antalya airport. No one is helping me. I was left stranded in the middle of the night with no available assistance. There were no officials around, and even customer service was unaware that the flight had departed early, providing different flight times on each call. I have a hospital appointment in Istanbul at 8:30 AM, which I will miss because Ajet failed to notify me of the early departure. My ticket is neither being refunded nor exchanged for another flight. During a call with customer service around 00:20, they confirmed that the flight had already landed in Istanbul.

I stayed at the airport from midnight until noon in danger of my life, and there is still no response from the Ajet company!

I'm about to complete 24 hours, and still there is neither a response nor any information. If customer satisfaction is so unimportant, don't do this job. I've been on the street for 1 day, this level of indifference is unacceptable.

Every time I call, the wait times on this line are an added hassle.

I am still waiting for the line they transferred to open, I guess these lines are not opened or they open when called from a different number!
