Compensation Request to Ajet for Delayed Flight



My flight VF153 with PNR code 2G7DQQ, which was scheduled to depart from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen to Ercan Airport at 06:45 on April 5, was delayed for about 4 hours and we could only board the plane at 11:00. Moreover, there was only half an hour between the announcement of the new departure gate and its closing. Considering that I experienced a 4-hour delay, I have the right to claim compensation according to the relevant regulations under passenger rights. I kindly request detailed information about the reasons for the delay and the compensation process, as well as how the compensation I am entitled to will be paid to me.
