Ajet Denied My Compensation After 3 Hour Delay on My Flight

On August 31, 2025, during my Ajet flight VF504 from Stockholm to Ankara, I experienced a serious delay. Although the scheduled departure time was 17:25, the flight did not take off until 21:00. During this period, I was not given any information. The delay lasted a total of 3 hours and 35 minutes, which negatively affected my travel plans. Although I have frequently faced delays with Ajet before, this was the first time I encountered such a long one. I contacted customer service about the issue, but I was only told that my food and beverage expenses could be covered and that no compensation would be paid under EU261. However, according to European Union Regulation 261/2004, passengers are entitled to compensation in such cases. My reservation code is 33GGGU. I had no additional expenses, but I request that Ajet pay me the compensation I am entitled to under EU261 for this flight.
