Claim for Compensation After AJet Delayed My Flight Over 5 Hours

Dear AJet Guest Relations Team, I am writing to officially submit my claim for compensation under EC Regulation No. 261/2004 due to a delay exceeding 5 hours on my flight SAW–Tehran (VF182) on 9 August 2025. Passenger: • Name: Zahra S*** • Booking Reference: 1088-288-198 • Date of Travel: 8–9 August 2025 Flight Details: • Stuttgart → Istanbul (SAW): Pegasus PC972 – departed as scheduled. • Istanbul (SAW) → Tehran (IKA): AJet VF182 – scheduled departure 01:30, actual departure 06:30 → approx. 5 hours delay. As per Article 7(1)(c) of EC 261/2004, I am entitled to €600 compensation, since the flight distance exceeds 3,500 km and the delay is beyond 4 hours.
