Ajet Delayed My Flight by Nearly 4 Hours and Refused a Full Refund


On the October 29, 2024, 18:20 Çukurova - Esenboğa flight, there was a delay of nearly 4 hours, yet we received no reasonable explanation. We were only informed about the delay 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. How can a 4-hour delay happen, and how can they inform us at the very last minute? How can everyone involved just disappear without taking any responsibility? When I asked about canceling my ticket and getting a refund, I was told there would be a deduction from the refund. How is it possible for A Jet to make a deduction on a refund for a delay they are responsible for? I request compensation for my inconvenience and will pursue my legal rights.
