Dear AJet Representatives,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and request compensation regarding flight VF3307 scheduled for May 27, 2025, from Samsun Çarşamba to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. The flight was initially delayed by 20 minutes, then 35 minutes, and eventually by 1.5 hours, after which it was canceled without any official explanation. Hundreds of passengers were left stranded at the airport without any proper announcements, responsible personnel, refreshments, or guidance due to the lack of staff. Despite my repeated attempts, I received no response from AJet. Furthermore, although my flight was non-connecting, I was not allowed to benefit from the free ticket change service offered by AJet. What made the situation even more unacceptable was that while some passengers boarded the same flight free of charge, I was forced to pay ₺8,800 for two tickets. This inconsistency caused significant unfairness and distress. These events contradict the service quality and customer satisfaction standards expected from the AJet. Therefore, I request: a formal explanation for the cancellation and inadequate handling of the situation, a reconsideration of my right to a free ticket change, and financial compensation for the material and moral damages I have suffered. I kindly urge you to address this matter with urgency.
