Ajet Gave Free Seats and Meals to Others While I Was Treated Unfairly

Flight 2FBDZ7 was a nightmare from start to finish. The Antalya to Istanbul leg was on an old, uncomfortable plane. It took 1.5 hours, the cabin was hot, and not even a single drink was served. But the real disaster was the Istanbul to Hurghada flight. We were seated in row 4A and 4C, and suddenly 8 Turkish passengers moved up from rows 1 to 3 and sat at the front for free. They took over the area, shouting, laughing, and being disruptive the whole time. We paid for our seats, but they got special treatment just for being Turkish. One cabin crew member was incredibly rude and dismissive—not just to us, but to others as well. The cabin manager was unprofessional and served 10 Turkish passengers free hot meals, snacks, and drinks, giving them whatever they wanted. They even closed the front curtains, and anyone needing the toilet had to go to the back—except for them, of course. It felt like the airline only cared about its own people. The flight was supposed to be 2 hours, but we sat on the ground for an extra hour. This was unacceptable. I have photo and video evidence and demand a refund and proper compensation. Shame on you, AJet.
